Meatloaf With Eggs
A delicious version of meatloaf with a boiled egg in the middle to boost your protein intake. Simple ingredients, easy to make, and doesn't take a lot of time! Adding the egg in is optional, so if you prefer to not have it then just skip step 3 and make into a loaf!
Ingredients

1 Pound Ground Beef

4 Boiled Eggs

2 Eggs

4 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese

2 Tbsp Soft Butter

1 Finely Chopped Onion

½ Tbsp Salt
-
1 Tsp Pepper

¼ Cup Basil
Steps

Preheat oven to 350°F

Add the one egg, parmesan cheese, butter, onion, salt, pepper, and basil to the ground beef and mix together

Put the ground meat mix onto a wet cloth and flatten it out to be around ¼ inch in thickness

Lay out the four boiled eggs on top of the meat and roll the meat to cover the eggs (make into a loaf shape)

Bake in the oven for 50 minutes

While it is baking beat the egg yolk of the second egg

Take out the loaf and spoon off the meat drippings and fat

Brush with the egg yolk and put back into the oven for another 10 minutes or until it is a light brown color
