Sauteed Green Beans
Flavorful, quick and simple to make. These green beans are a great side dish to any main course meal or work well on their own as a snack or appetizar.
Ingredients

2 Lbs Green Beans; Trimmed

1 Tbsp Lemon Juice

1 Tbsp Salt

4 Tbsp Olive Oil

2 Large Garlic Cloves, Minced
Steps

Fill a large soup pot 2/3 with water and bring to boil. Add in the salt, lemon juice, and trimmed green beans. Partially cover and boil 6-7 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain and rinse with cold water

In a large heavy-bottom skillet, over medium heat, add olive oil, and minced garlic. Saute for 2 minutes or until garlic is golden

Stir in the green beans

Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy
